Asom Divas (2^nd December, 2016) 

Asom Divas was observed in the Vidyalaya on 2^ndDecember, 2016. In the morning, a chorus was performed by the secondary students. Two dance performances were also performed by the students, one by primary and the other by secondary. 

Sattriya Nritya by the students of classes VI to VIII

Adhunik Asomiya Nritya by the students of  Class II to V

The significance of the day was also narrated to commemorate the advent of Chaolung Sukapha on this day to the Patkai Hills.

The Quiz Competition was conducted on Asom Divas. To select the team from every house the first round of Competition was held on Lachit Divas (24th Nov, 2016) with a Questionnaire of 100 questions of 100 marks for all the students of Classes VI to X. The theme of the Quiz Competition was “Know Assam”.
