Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dibrugarh celebrated Saraswati Puja with devotion, discipline and active participation on 23rd January, 2026. The programme reflected the Vidyalaya’s commitment to nurturing cultural values and respect for knowledge among students.
The school campus was decorated beautifully. Students arrived with their family members to participate in the celebration and seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati.
The Pushpanjali ceremony commenced at 10:00 a.m., during which students offered flowers and prayers with sincerity and devotion. Parents and guardians also joined the prayer, making the occasion meaningful and inclusive. The entire campus appeared vibrant as students and visitors were dressed in colourful traditional attire, adding cultural richness to the event.
The presence of a few alumni and well-wishers further enhanced the significance of the programme.
After the puja rituals, Prasad and Khichidi were distributed among all attendees in an orderly manner. Students, parents, teachers, alumni, and guests took part in the meal together.
The celebration concluded peacefully at around 3:00 p.m. The event was successfully conducted with the cooperation of students, parents, staff members and guests. Overall, the Saraswati Puja celebration created a positive and devotional atmosphere and reinforced the cultural and moral values cherished by Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dibrugarh.
